During this National health crisis, our business is now experiencing disruptions to normal service due to a Statewide “Stay at home” order. We intend to continue supporting your business with all our capacity, but there will be some impacts in the near term as we fully comply with the state’s order. Our employee’s safety is of paramount importance, and so all essential staff will be working from home during this time. Our Team is ready to work with you remotely, but you may experience some minor disruptions to their normal speed. Please bear with us, and thank you for your continued support, patience, and understanding.
We have contingencies to fulfill orders under certain circumstances during this crisis and shutdown order, but many of our products and orders will be delayed by this state mandate, and we apologize for this disruption. Our supplies are available to be ordered and allocated, and we will be extending our lead times out to 5 Business days on all our express products, and 30 days on every other product we support from our Jurupa Valley, California fulfillment facility. Our lead time will return to our normal structure, with most products shipping out same day and next day, as soon as the order is lifted.
We know that across the country, you all must be feeling the impact of this crisis right along with us. To whatever extent you have also been impacted, we are determined to be your partner in recovering from this paradigm altering situation. Our business is already modelled to maintain domestic inventories of over 25,000 shade products and accessories which can ship within minutes of an accepted order. When we can safely lift our current restrictions to that speed, and all of you are able to freely operate as well….
